Jahan Construction Company – J.C.C aims to contribute to the rehabilitation and development of Afghanistan by undertaking the road network, bridges, agricultural and construction development and rehabilitation projects. J.C.C is the abbreviation of Jahan Construction Company which is a Non-governmental and Non-political company, the office just Established to assist in the rehabilitation of
Afghanistan and to secure the operation of relief and rehabilitation activities inside Afghanistan through direct cooperation with existing local resident, authorities shuras and donors. JCC was establishing in the year 2002. JCC by having full ability adequate capacity for executing operational, management and implementation quality stated its efforts for rehabilitation of Afghanistan since 2003 in the sectors of Construction, Irrigation and Income Generation and implemented hundreds of mentioned sectors projects after it’s establishment.

About Personnel:

The staff working with J.C.C is highly skilled and experienced, having worked with a vast variety of activities in the past. We have agriculture expert, agronomists, engineers, designers and project managers who have been very successful in Afghanistan and abroad. We have close relationship with other experts who are willing to work with us from India, USA, Pakistan, and Indonesia. Some of the engineers and skilled staff have already performed activities in Afghanistan and some of them are ready as standby to assume responsibilities in our company as and when required. J.C.C ‘ S staff members are educated and well experienced which constituted one of J.C.C ‘s greatest strength. Currently J.C.C Employs 15 National staff including engineers. Office manager, Administration, drivers, etc The general director heads the organization and provides overall leadership and direction a senior Management team called board of Directors, which is composed of five Afghan members, assign him the board of directors is the ultimate source of decision – making body of the organization, The regional managers are responsible for overall direction and management of the activities in a regional level.
